How buying works today
TrackCited is new and card checkout isn't switched on yet, so here is exactly what happens — no surprises.

Start a 14-day Pro trial
No card. Every Pro feature from your first scan, plus up to 3 brands and 3 prospect reports so agencies can try it with real clients.

Choose a plan in Settings
Whenever you're ready — during the trial or after it — pick Starter, Pro or Agency in Settings and click “Request”.

We switch it on by email
Card checkout is still being set up. Until it is, we email you within one business day to set up your plan and switch it on. Your questions, competitors and history carry over.
Nothing is charged when the trial ends — there's no card on file. Weekly scans pause until a plan is switched on.

Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day trial of Pro — no credit card. If you'd rather not sign up at all, the free check shows in under a minute whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini recommend your business.
How do I pay?+
Card checkout isn't live yet. You request a plan in Settings, and we email you within one business day to set it up and switch it on.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Weekly scans pause until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically — there's no card on file — and your questions, competitors and scan history stay in your account.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Yes. Request a different plan in Settings at any time, or email perparim.kabashi@trytrackcited.com to cancel.
Which AI engines are included?+
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude on every plan, asked every week with web search on. Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot aren't covered yet.
What's the difference between Pro and Agency?+
Pro tracks one brand with every tracking feature. Agency adds up to 10 brands, 30 prospect reports every 30 days and white-label print reports with your logo.
